§    Business/Engineering Liaison for ‘Fast Track’ security projects, including email encryption, laptop encryption, and security for CD/DVD and USB ports. Provided liaison between engineering teams, business areas, and end users. Gathered business and functional requirements to be used for the evaluation of vendor products, and developed use cases to help refine the selection of enhancements to existing products. Provided oversight for the creation of user instructions and manuals, and participated in training for desktop support staff and help desks. Conducted meetings with international information security staff to facilitate deployment in Latin America, Asia Pacific, and Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Dealt with regulatory, legal, and translation requirements for deployment of security products to over 90 countries and for all business sectors.
